From Lost to Leader: The Pathway to Manhood
Discover your God-given identity, break free from emotional pain, and become the grounded, confident leader you’re called to be with my step-by-step Pathway to Manhood consultation.
What is “The Pathway to Manhood”
The Pathway to Manhood is a guided coaching experience designed to help young men move from confusion to clarity, from emotional shutdown to spiritual strength, and from drifting to living with purpose.
This program is for young men (and the families who care about them) who feel:
Lost and unsure of who they are or why they matter
Emotionally shut down or stuck in passivity
Burdened by wounds from fatherlessness, peer pressure, or poor role models
Isolated, anxious, and lacking godly mentorship
Or for parents who feel overwhelmed and unsure how to lead their sons into maturity
Core Milestones of the Journey
Hi, I’m Harry Robinson, M.A. in Pastoral Counseling, founder of Pillars Counseling and creator of The Pathway to Manhood—a transformational roadmap designed to help young men and fathers discover their God-given identity, heal emotionally, and grow spiritually so they can thrive in life, relationships, and leadership.
For nearly two decades, I’ve helped individuals and families break free from emotional pain, relational breakdowns, and spiritual stagnation. My unique background—spanning corporate leadership, pastoral ministry, and clinical counseling—has equipped me to blend practical tools with deep, faith-based insight that brings real, lasting change.
The Pathway to Manhood was born from my passion to see men step confidently into who God created them to be—strong in character, clear in purpose, and rooted in integrity. It’s a powerful journey that combines biblical wisdom, mental health strategies, and real-world coaching to restore confidence, clarity, and calling.
Without a proven process, many men find themselves stuck in cycles of shame, self-doubt, and relational confusion—repeating patterns that rob them of joy and keep them from showing up as the leaders their families and communities need.
With it, you can reclaim your identity, heal emotional wounds, and become the man God intended you to be—not through hype or hustle, but through renewed thinking, proven principles, and real accountability.
Married to my college sweetheart since 1989, I’m a proud father of four and grandfather of five. I’ve served as a chaplain for the Orange County Fire Authority, led discipleship ministries in local churches, and now dedicate my life to counseling and equipping men and families to live with purpose, strength, and joy.
Healing and joy come from renewed thinking—and that’s exactly what The Pathway to Manhood is all about.
Let’s rebuild the man. Let’s restore the family. Let’s strengthen the future.
