The Need Young men today are not lacking potential… they are lacking direction, identity, and guidance. Across our nation, boys are growing up without clear direction, consistent guidance, or strong male role models. They are not broken—they are uninitiated. At the same time, there are good men who have the wisdom, strength, and experience to give, but they have not been intentionally called into that role. Pillars exists to bring both together.

The Vision The Pillars Young Men’s Summit is not just an event; it is an initiation into manhood. We are building a three-day summit experience and a trained network of mentors to create a sustainable pipeline for young men’s formation. We are not just hosting a conference—we are building a community brotherhood and a movement that shapes young men’s lives for years to come.
